TTDM ALarm Module

The TraceTek® Zoned system utilises the same TTDM panel as the longline location system, but set to the zoned setting. This allows the system to monitor up 100 zones.

Each zone is 5 Ft in length and requires a special zone connector to connect to the panel, alternatively the Aquentis probe can be used without the zone connectors within harsh environments.

The TraceTek® TTDM Alarm and Locating module comes complete with a 4-20 mA current transmitter and an RS-232/485 communications port.

Settings can be customised to suit the user's application.

Software selections include language (English, French, German, or Spanish) and units (feet, meters, or zones).

TTC sensing module with relays

Offering a low-cost option for liquid leak detection, the TTC module can be used with any TraceTek® sensing cable. It features three sets of relay contacts that can be used for remote annunciation and equipment control.

The front panel has three LED's to indicate system condition (power, continuity, leak alarm).

The TTC has a NEMA 1 plastic enclosure.

The module can be surface mounted or incorporated within other equipment such as Air Handling Units and Vending machines.

The TTC operates on 12/24 Volts A.C. or D.C.

N.B. This unit has no internal sounder. Up to 30 Metres of TraceTek® sensing cable can be connected to the TTC although the total sensing cable should be carefully considered within the installation design as this unit is alarm only and is not able to indicate the location of the liquids contact with the sensing cable.

TTA-SIM Alarm Module

The TTA-SIM has been designed to give a local alarm whilst communicating precise details to a monitoring network. The unit can be used with the full range of TraceTek® cables and sensors along with Aquentis probes. Up to 150 Metres (500ft) of sensing cable as well as 500 Metres (1,666 ft) of non-sensing Jumper cable can be connected to each unit.

When liquid is detected the unit alarms and indicates the leak by a red LED and audible alarm whilst switching a form C relay contact. The leaks location is calculated and can be communicated to the host system via the network (if connected). With the TT-SIM-2 option the leaks location is also displayed on the built in LCD display.

The TTA-SIM can be used as a stand alone unit or can be installed in networks with other TTA-SIM, TT-SIM, TT-NRM or TTDM-128 modules.The unit can be configured using a Microsoft Windows™ based PC or a TraceTek® TTDM-128 network master module.

TT3000 - Sensing Cable

TT3000 sensing cable detects the presence of conductive liquids (most acids and bases and even deionised water) at any point along its length. Raychem's conductive polymer technology combines with fluoropolymer construction to make TT3000 sensing cable mechanically strong and chemically resistant, and suitable for a range of industrial applications, including:

•  Subfloors
•  Trenches
•  Storage tanks
•  Double containment piping

TT3000 sensing cable is available in standard lengths with factory installed, low-profile metal connectors. Heat-shrinkable tubing is provided to cover and protect the connectors after installation. TT3000 is also available on bulk reels for installation in double containment piping.

TT5000 - Sensing Cable

TT5000 Sensing Cable
TT5000 sensing cable detects the presence of liquid hydrocarbon fuels at any point along its length, but does not react to the presence of water.

TraceTek's radiation-crosslinking and conductive-polymer technologies combine with a rugged construction to make the cable mechanically strong and chemically resistant. TT5000 sensing cable is designed for a number of applications, including:

•  Underground fuel lines

•  Tanks

TT5000 sensing cable is available in standard lengths with factory installed, low-profile metal connectors. Heat-shrinkable tubing is provided to cover and protect the connectors after installation.
